The Basics of Fondant is a 4 hour fondant cake class that covers the basics of fondant cake decorating. No experience is needed. Each student will leave with a fully decorated real fondant cake!

Description

Learn the basics of decorating cakes in fondant in a professional decorating studio. Get to learn new skills in a fun, relaxed environment. Each skill is demonstrated before you get to test out your new skills.

The Class

In this class we will learn the basics of fondant cake decorating. Learn how to get smooth fondant cake with crisp edges using our special technique. We will teach you how to get a clean and precise fondant cake and how to avoid all those pesky problems. Each student will leave the class with a fully decorated 6″ real fondant cake and a notebook full of recipes and guides. Each class lasts 4 hours and all you need to bring is yourself.

The classes are held at our decorating and retail shop, Pam’s Cakes & More in Centerville/Warner Robins.

Enrollment

The class sizes are limited and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the payment is received you are enrolled in the class. The fondant class is $55 and you can sign up online here or in store. This class is for ages 16 and older.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, please call or email us at class@pamscakesandmore.com. Cancellations may be made up until 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the class for full refund. Any cancellations within a week of the class will not be refunded. If a class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or other emergency, a weather date will be set or full refund will be offered to enrolled students.
