Description
The Class
In this class we will learn the basics of royal icing and cookie decorating with floral themed cookies. Each student will leave with 6 fully decorated cookies with recipes and guides to help you with your cookie journey. This is a 4 hour class and all you need to bring is yourself.

Enrollment
The class sizes are limited and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the payment is received you are enrolled in the class. The classes are $65 and you can sign up online. This class is for ages 12 and older.
Safety and Health
The safety and well-being of our staff and customers is of our utmost importance. We are a small shop of just 2 people so we need to maintain our health and safety to keep our shop running. Both of us are fully-vaccinated. We ask if you are not vaccinated that you do wear a mask. Masks are not required for vaccinated persons but are optional. We will provide disposable masks if anyone needs one. We will provide gloves to each person and hand sanitizer will be readily available. Both of us will wear gloves throughout the class. If you have any questions about sanitization or safety please don’t hesitate to ask.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, please call or email us at classes@pamscakesandmore.com. Cancellations may be made up until 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the class for full refund. Any cancellations within a week of the class will not be refunded. If a class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or other emergency, a weather date will be set or full refund will be offered to enrolled students.
